You will find Cow’s Mouth in the northwest side of Virgin Gorda, very close to Mountain Point, another similar diving site. Accessible by boat, this whole area has great visibility, of up to 100 feet, which is perfect for underwater photography and for spotting the many species that swim up and down in these blue waters.
Here you might spot barracuda, eagle rays, jacks and a wide variety of smaller, colorful fish. Explore the nook and crannies as these are the favorite hiding places for some species.
This site got its name from a rocky formation shaped like a cow’s mouth; if you’re an experienced diver you can explore the inside of this rock that is sometimes home to some exotic fish.
