Dive INGANESS BAY with:

This diving site is located at a 3 minute boat ride from the southern part of Cooper Island and unlike Rhone Wreck, Inganess Bay doesn’t have a grim story behind it; the 136 foot island freighter was sunk in 1996 by BVI Dive Operators Association to create a beautiful divable wreck.

Resting on sand, the Inganess Bay wreck is in great condition and can be explored with ease; you can dive in the cargo hold, swim along the long corridors, see some of the windows with the glass still intact and feel like you’re in a movie, on the hunt for the hidden treasure.

Lizardfish, snappers, grunts and stingrays surround the deck and the multitude of corals and gorgonians that flourish in this site. Inganess Bay has great to good visibility, depending on the weather, so at any given time you will have the chance to spot some marine species swimming near you.
